General Questions

Yes. DRM CONCEPT PTE LTD sells only original brands / products which it represents as the exclusive distributor for Singapore or its very own DRM brands. We do not sell any “grey or parallel imported” goods … and definitely never counterfeits.

Currently, from our website we only ship to addresses within Singapore. We do not ship to islands, restricted areas in Singapore and zones/buildings requiring special passes or clearances.

There is no minimum order requirement

It is not mandatory to register. However, if you choose to we will retain your contact details, which will be retrieved when you login on your next visit. Please note that due to security reasons, we will not retain your card details.

You will receive an email acknowledgement containing the order reference number and details of your purchase. Your order will be only dispatched upon receipt of payment.

We accept PayNow, Bank transfer and PayPal. Payment has to be made before delivery. Cash payment is available for self-collection at our KALLANG PUDDING WAREHOUSE. Please note that all payments are charged in SGD

Your order will be sent our via well-established third party couriers appointed by DRM CONCEPT

Your Orders will normally be delivered within 7 working days after payment confirmation. Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of DRM CONCEPT. These interruptions include, but are not limited to, delays caused by the transportation system, shipping carrier or processing of cardholder’s credit/debit card.

Delivery charges will remain as specified.
We charge flat $3.90 for delivery to one location address.
Spend above $60.00 (net after discounts & GST) for free delivery
No charge for self-collection at our Kallang Pudding Warehouse

If you change your mind about your purchase, we have a 7-day exchange policy upon receipt of order, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Item must be in its original purchase condition
- Packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
- Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
- This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non- Exchangeable or non-returnable.
- Shipping cost associated with the return of the product will be at your cost.

Our customer service 97733010 is open from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (SG time). We will endeavour to reply to your query within 2 working days and we will advise you on what to do next.

Yes. You can self-collect your order from our warehouse at 2 KALLANG PUDDING ROAD, #02-05 MACTECH BUILDING S (349307). ONLY between Mon-Fri , 10.00am – 4.00pm. You MUST call 62961822 ahead to make appointment to avoid disappointment. ONLY Cash terms for self-collect orders, please

To use a promotional code, please follow these steps:
a. Place your orders
b. Proceed to checkout.
c. Enter your Promotion Code at the box indication “Voucher Code”. Simply type in this text field.
d. Click “apply” to submit your order to see the final amount with your promotion discount applied

For every dollar spent on DRM Gallery, you will be awarded 1 point. You will be entitled to $1 for every 10 points accumulated. Points will be awarded when order is shipped and completed. An email will be send to you when the reward points are awarded to you. Learn more about Rewards here.

To redeem your DRM REWARD$, please follow these steps:
a. Place your orders
b. Proceed to checkout.
c. Enter your DRM REWARD$ you wish to redeem at the box indication “Enter reward points to use” and click "Use Reward Points"

d. Once you have enter the reward points, a deduction will reflect under the subtotal of your order summary.
